King Properties Duluth is a family-owned and operated management company. Our residential properties are located in East Duluth within miles of UMD and St. Scholastica as well as close to Lake Superior and downtown.
Our mission is to provide safe and well-maintained housing for a wide variety of ages and income levels.
King Properties Duluth was created by Dan King, who acquired his properties while working as a real estate salesman and broker in the Duluth area for the past 50 years. Now the next generation, Jesse King runs the residential management company Dan created. We own and manage two properties totaling 105 units. All centralized in a square block.
